You know what’s funny? Even as someone who helps others get back in touch with their intuitive hunger and fullness, I sometimes have to bring myself back to basics ✔️ At 1:30 I felt kinda hungry but felt like I ate breakfast too recently, based on my typical hunger patterns, to be hungry already 🤔 But then I thought of concepts I discuss with my clients often:
✨ hunger varies daily
✨ it’s okay to deviate from your normal eating schedule
✨ honor your hunger (!!)
So I whipped up this delicious salad (with rushed mornings I’ve become a pro at throwing together lunch salads super fast 💁🏻‍♀️): greens 🍃 sun-dried tomato chicken sausage 🍅 tomato, red onion, cauli, broc 🥦 avo 🥑 and smoked Gouda 🧀😍 with olive oil and white balsamic 🍶Hoping the above concepts are helpful to you, too 💛
